The congress will take place in Oslo from 8th – 10st June 2022 at the Clarion Hotel The Hub in downtown Oslo within close walking distance from the Central Railway and Bus Station. We expect the SSAI Congress in Oslo 2022 to be a long-awaited opportunity to physically meet, mingle and discuss our latest achievements within the international community of anesthesiologists and intensivists.

We have invited more than 130 speakers. The majority is of course from the Nordic countries, but we also have speakers from UK, Canada, USA, Belgium, Netherland, Germany and Portugal. We are proud to present such a high-leveled competent faculty as many of the speakers are world renowned. We hope you find the programme inspiring! We have covered all fields in our specialty, both clinically and scientifically, and have also covered themes like pollution caused by anesthesia drugs and gases, DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion), artificial intelligence and climate crisis: implications for medical treatment, and much more. Study the program and make your choices between 6 parallel sessions.

There will be many opportunities for social gatherings: a welcome reception in the City hall on Wednesday, and on Thursday a conference dinner with excellent food and superb entertainment. In addition, you have all what Oslo offers during light summer evenings and nights.
